Handling of Personal Data
To provide the service above, we are required to handle some of your personal information. Right to Withdraw
During the consultation we offer advice based on our own expertise and on what we feel will work for the windows in question. However, we can never guarantee that what we suggest will correspond exactly with what you, as a customer, have expected. For this reason, we do not allow a right of withdrawal on our consultations, provided that we can offer a suitable solution for your windows. If, on the other hand, we cannot offer a solution, and thus no suitable product from our range, the full amount of the consultation will be refunded.
Incorrect Measurements
During our consultations we offer professional advice on what you as a customer should do to measure your windows and walls correctly. Due to the fact that we are not on site and can measure ourselves, we can never guarantee that your measurements will be correct. We can, therefore, never accept a claim on a product where the reason for the claim turns out to be incorrect measurements taken and supplied by the customer.
Consultation Time
Web consultations are charged for a 30 minute period. Our goal is always to have time to help you with all your questions during a consultation. If you, on the other hand, have a large project with many windows, you may require more than one consultation time, and would, therefore, need to book as many as you need. If you feel unsure of the length of time required, please contact us before booking. If you are happy with your consultation before your 30 minutes are over, you will not be refunded for the remaining time. We always charge for the full 30 minutes.
Cancellations
In order to receive a full refund, a cancellation of a consultation must be done no later than 3 hours before your scheduled appointment. Any cancellation done later than this will be charged the full price of the consultation. We, the contractor, are also allowed to cancel your appointment 3 hours before your scheduled appointment. In this case you, the customer, will be offered the choice of a full refund or a new time for consultation.
Prices
We reserve the right to adjust our prices as needed and will inform our customers of this though publication of the adjusted information. When placing an order, the price you pay is the price listed on the website at the time the order is placed.
